How does personalization work?
Many of our products are fully personalized. You can customize names, text, or design details to create something truly unique.
For certain products, such as the Identity Hoodie / T-Shirt and our Personalized Storybooks, you will receive a short personalization form by email after completing your purchase. This allows you to provide the exact details needed to create your custom piece.
How long does production take?
Because each item is made to order, production typically takes 3–10 business days before shipping.
This ensures every product is carefully created and personalized just for you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping within the United States on orders over $50.
Shipping rates for other orders are calculated at checkout.
Can I return or exchange personalized items?
Since our products are custom-made and personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size or design.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly help resolve the issue.
What if I made a mistake in my order?
If you notice a mistake in your order or personalization details, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, we may still be able to update your order.
What happens if I forget to submit my personalization details?
If your product requires additional information and we do not receive your personalization form, our team will contact you to request the necessary details before production begins.
